  1. Make Nutti Nelli's Miso Carrot Ginger Dressing.
  2. Chop and slice up the carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, and purple cabbage into 1 inch long pieces.
  3. Chop up the cilantro and green onion.
  4. Combine the dressing and veggies in a mixing bowl.
  5. Top with green onion and cilantro for garnishing if desired.
